Developing creativity is not a matter of technique.

It is the result of personal exploration and experience into one's own inner landscape, the identification of inner roadblocks and barriers to creativity, and the steady improvement of these inner conditions.

Stress and suffering, joy and delight, insights, movement and stillness are all raw fuel for creativity, but the process of transforming these through a creative art into a pure expression of how one actually feels... well, this is not always easy, and this work is what did it for me.

The program consistes of sixteen videos that show you progressivly deeper layers, working directly parts of you which affect your creativity as well as with the creative force itself. They work with your intellect, your emotions, your body as well. Reaching fullness and balance with and within each of these aspects of our being is the task.

The suggested duration of the course is four months.

Opening the Creative Floodgates is structured in a social community of like-minded members, allowing you to work solo or to connect with other artists, as you prefer.
